All our products come with a standard official warranty from the date of delivery. Battery is 12-month, motor is 2-year and other parts are 6-month warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, abnormal capacity decay, and inherent quality problems under normal use.
Improper operation, overcharging, physical damage, water damage, and unauthorized disassembly are not covered by warranty.
During the warranty period, we will provide replacement, repair or technical support according to actual quality problems.
We provide technical support and after-sales service for quality-related issues. We promise stable after-sales support and long-term technical consultation for all global partners.
BATTERY WARRANTY
1. We provide a standard warranty period for all lithium battery packs from the date of delivery.
2. Warranty covers internal battery cell, BMS protection board and original assembly quality problems.
3. Warranty does NOT cover:
– Improper installation, reverse connection, wrong charging voltage
– Overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, external damage
– Water damage, corrosion, disassembly, modification, parallel expansion
– Natural wear and improper environment storage
4. During warranty period, defective products will be repaired or replaced upon verification. Shipping cost of warranty replacement shall be borne by both parties reasonably.
